We hold your child's spot the moment you register, which is why our refund window is structured around how much notice you give us.
50% refund
Between 48 hours and 7 days before the camp week starts
Cancellations submitted in this window receive a 50% refund of the camp fee. The remaining balance is non-refundable to cover staffing and slot reservation.
No refund
Less than 48 hours before the camp week starts
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time, no-shows, and partial-week absences are not eligible for a refund.
How to Cancel
Email us with your child's name and the week(s) you need to cancel. The timestamp on your email determines which refund tier applies. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Camp-Initiated Cancellations
If we cancel a session for any reason (weather, facility closure, staffing), you receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available week at no cost.
